Join us on our NEW SUP Paddlefit program!
You don't have to be a pro or an expert SUP boarder in order for you and your friends to share some fun times on the water this summer! Our Paddlefit SUP Program is designed for beginner, intermediate-level paddlers as well as advanced users.
We can help familiarize newbies so they feel comfortable taking their first paddle, while also providing more experienced enthusiasts companionship through group instruction sessions that focus not only on technique but safety awareness too.
The majority of this paddle fit program will be spent on the water, taking advantage of the ocean’s natural movement to enhance our experience, both physically and mentally. Whether your goal is to try a new sport, push your paddling technique to new heights or just want a refreshing approach to outdoor exercise - then our SUP Paddlefit program is for you!
Each session will have a theme: balance, strength or endurance. Paddling techniques, injury prevention and gentle stretching will round out these fun sessions that will build your confidence as a paddler.
As an added bonus, you will get to connect with other like-minded women in our growing SUP community.

1.5 hours - every Saturday - 4pm - 5:30pm
