Women’s Paddlefit - 6 Week Program

Join us on our NEW Women’s Paddlefit program!

Designed to help you explore the amazing sport of paddleboarding with a combination of lesson-style SUP training and chill social paddling, our women's paddle fit program is perfect for first-time paddlers, advanced paddlers, or women who are just looking for paddling partners. Come find yourself on the water this summer!

The majority of this paddle fit program will be spent on the water, taking advantage of the ocean’s natural movement to enhance our experience, both physically and mentally. Whether your goal is to try a new sport, improve your overall health and conditioning, push your paddling technique to new heights or you just want a refreshing approach to outdoor exercise - then our Paddlefit program is for you!

 

Each session will have a main theme: balance, strength or endurance. Paddling techniques, injury prevention and gentle stretching will round out these fun sessions that will build your confidence as a paddler.

 

As an added bonus, you will get to connect with other like-minded women in our growing SUP community.

 

DURATION

  • 1.5 hours/ week for 6 weeks

WHAT’S INCLUDED 

  • 9 hours of instruction with a female Paddle Canada Instructor

  • Paddle Canada certification (if desired)

  • Use of dry bag

  • A great paddle fitness workout

 

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

  • Travel to and from the course location

  • Personal clothing

  • Gear & safety equipment - rentals available for $33.33/session

  • Yoga Mat (in case of high winds)

TIME

  • 6:00 -7:30 pm every Thursday

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare
